bassike australia ships to all destinations within australia and new zealand. 
our australian postage charges are:

free standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders over $200aud with australia post

$10 standard delivery (2-7 days) for all orders under $200aud with australia post

$12.00 express delivery (1-3 business days) in available areas when ordered before 12pm mon-fri

 
for new zealand shipping, we offer the following option:

free express delivery (2-3 days) for all orders over $300aud new zealand wide with DHL international express

$15.00 express delivery (2-3 days) on all other orders new zealand wide with DHL international express

additional customs fees may apply if the value of your order is over NZ$1000 

 

dispatch and delivery timeframes

all orders placed before 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same business day.

orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

orders placed on a weekend day will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides bassike customers with a 2-7 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7-10 business days for western australia.

orders shipped by express e-parcel can be expected to arrive within 2-3 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 3 business days for non-metropolitan areas and western australia.
 australia post is no longer guaranteeing next day delivery for express post services.

for same day dispatch your order must be placed before 12pm.

all bassike orders require a signature on delivery.

for orders within australia, if there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect.

australia post will never leave the parcel unattended. we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-6pm mon-fri.

for orders to new zealand, if your delivery can not be signed for, DHL will attempt redelivery and / or make contact with you directly via phone and email to arrange redelivery or receiver collection. 

bassike reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient's delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.

click and collect

click and collect is available for online purchases at all bassike locations.

orders placed before 3pm aest will be available for same day collection during normal trading hours. visit our stores page, or use the find in store function on, to find your nearest location, product availability and store opening hours.

if the items in your order are available for click and collect, the store will appear as a click and collect location on the shipping page at checkout when completing your purchase. click and collect will only appear as a shipping option if all items in your cart are available at that location.

once you have placed your order, you will receive a click and collect confirmation email with your selected location store address and contact information.

you will receive a second email once your order is available for collection in store. for orders placed after 3pm aest, we cannot guarantee same day collection.

please present a copy of your click and collect confirmation email, which includes your order number, in store at the time of collection. you may be required to show photo id. please ensure anyone collecting your order on your behalf also has a copy of your original click and collect confirmation email.

if we are unable to fulfil all items on your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange pick up of available items and shipment of any pieces not available for collection in store free of charge.

our usual online returns policy applies for all click and collect orders. 

 

 

new zealand duties and taxes

from 1 december 2019, a goods and services tax (gst) of 15% will apply to all low value goods under nzd$1000 shipping to new zealand customers. tax will be calculated and applied at checkout.

new zealand customs will not impose any further taxes, duty or import entry fees on goods under nzd$1000.

if the total value of the package is over nzd$1000 however, new zealand customs will still collect tariff duty (if applicable) as well as import entry fees.

please contact your local customs or dhl office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

delivery delays

please note due to the sustained challenges of the covid pandemic we have been advised by our international distribution partners to expect delivery delays on our usual delivery timeframes. our warehouse team are working to ensure once placed, orders are dispatched promptly from our warehouse.

once your order is onboard with the carrier, you will receive a shipping notification to track its progress.

our international shipping charges are: 

free express delivery (3-5 days) for all orders over $300usd worldwide with dhl international express

$20usd express delivery (3-5 days) for all other orders worldwide with dhl international express

 

 

duties & taxes

additional customs fees may apply. this charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. Sales Tax applied by your country, state or city for purchases from Australia and;

2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means you will be required to pay any additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These fees are not added to your order total in the checkout and are non-refundable in the instance you wish to return your item
